No need to change your habits or your tools. Nexus Composer automatically handles protocol conversion and routes the agents you already use to OneNexus models in place of your previous provider, keeping the model catalog continuously in sync and letting you track usage visually in real time.

Getting started

Set up Nexus Composer in six steps

Install the app, connect a Platform API key, then point your agent at OneNexus. Composer handles the routing from there.

Create an API key

In OneNexus Console, go to Inference > API Keys, click Generate API key, set Type to Platform and copy the key right away — it is shown only once.

Download and install the app

Download the installer from the section below, run it, then open Nexus Composer.

Connect your account

In Nexus Composer, click Manage API key, paste the key into the Nexus API Key field and click Connect. When it says Connected, you’re done.

Choose OneNexus

Pick the tool you use at the top (for example Codex), then click Select on the OneNexus card. When the card shows Active, the switch is done.

Choose a model

Quit the tool completely (not just its window) and reopen it, then start a new chat and choose a model labelled OneNexus.

Send a test

Type anything — Vietnamese works too. If you get a reply, OneNexus is working.

Keep Nexus Composer running while the selected client is routed through OneNexus.

Choose the installer for Windows (x64 or ARM64) or macOS — the macOS build runs on both Intel and Apple silicon. Linux (Ubuntu 24.04+) is coming soon.

x64 or ARM64?

Choose by your PC's processor (CPU), not by your Windows version.

x64

Intel or AMD processor

Most Windows PCs, including most work laptops with an Intel Core or AMD Ryzen processor.

Qualcomm Snapdragon processor

Newer PCs with a Snapdragon chip, such as Surface, Dell, HP or Lenovo models with Snapdragon X.

  1. Press Win + I to open Settings.
  2. Go to System › About.
  3. Under Device specifications, read System type.

Both installers need 64-bit Windows. If System type says “32-bit operating system”, Nexus Composer can't run on this PC.

You can also open Task Manager › Performance › CPU to see the processor name.

Downloaded the wrong one? The ARM64 installer won't install on an Intel or AMD PC — download x64 instead. On a Snapdragon PC, x64 still runs on Windows 11, but ARM64 runs natively and faster.
